Smith Tool and Design offers its valued customers a variety of services from design consultation, to subsequent CNC production runs.
We utilize multi-axis technology in both milling and turning applications in a wide variety of materials.
Our current turning capacity is 10" diameter x 22" long, and our milling capacity is 20" x 50" with 8" x 28" 4-axis, and 8" x 6" 5-axis capacity.
Our equipment is "Super Precision®" and capable of holding sub-micron tolerances, and 16RMS or better surface finishes without grinding operations.
